Meet Susan
Susan Easterbrook is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in Estates and Trust Law. She has over 30 years of legal experience providing estate litigation, administration and planning services to clients throughout southwestern Ontario. Susan is passionate about working closely with her clients to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions to their legal concerns.

Susan is an alumni of the University of Windsor (B.Comm, MBA and LLB) and also holds a Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from York University. As a member of Property Rights Panel for the Office of The Children’s Lawyer, Susan provides agent counsel services on behalf of minor children throughout Ontario. She co-authored the book “Mediating Estate Disputes” and has been a contributing author to several editions of “Key Developments in Estates and Trusts Law in Ontario” and various legal publications. She has been a speaker for many estate-related programs offered by the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association and a sessional lecturer at the University of Windsor in tax law, behavioural management and industrial relations.
